With the Brent Crude Oil wholesale price breaking through the 100$ barrier in late February 08 and then remaining firm, at these high levels, we see no economic indicators or data, pointing the way forward with lower prices in the foreseeable future and the trend remains high.

The current situation with the refineries is that prices remain unchanged and as a result we are unable to reduce the LPG (Propane/Butane) surcharge and it will therefore remain unchanged at its current level for the month of March 08.
