How does it work?

  • Ordering

    Place your order by email or phone with your local customer services branch or place online
  • Delivery

    Your order will get delivered.
  • Invoicing

    You will receive a gas, rental and equipment invoice for your goods.
  • Payment

    You can choose to pay by direct debit, BACS or card according to terms agreed with your bank.

How to pay your account

  • By Direct Debit

    Paying by Direct Debit is budgeting made easy. It's simple, safe and convenient to use. Automatic payments from your bank or building society can help take away the worry of forgetting to pay your account on time.
  • Bank Transfer

    If you wish to pay your account using bank transfer/BACS, please remit to our Citibank account 14006941 and sort code 18-50-08. Please quote your customer account. BACS remittance slips can be emailed to remittance@energas.co.uk or sent by post.
  • Debit / Credit Card

    We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay using electronical method, please contact your local Energas branch and ensure you have your customer account number ready.
