Nitrogen
Energas supplies gaseous nitrogen to every industry for various applications. In many industries, nitrogen gas is used in smaller quantities to zero and purge analytical instrumentation. High-purity specialty gas grades are readily available to meet many regulatory requirements, including the food industry. In gaseous form, nitrogen is a neutral and colourless gas. It is inert gas and does not sustain life.

Nitrogen gas for Aeronautics, Automotive and Metal Fabrication
Nitrogen gas is used for industrial processes such as Heat treatment, Welding & Laser Cutting. Also, filling of tyres for an increased lifetime.
Industrial grade Nitrogen cylinders are available in single cylinders or in nitrogen cylinder banks of either 6, 12 or 16 depending on your requirements.
Nitrogen gas for Food processing
Nitrogen gas is used for chilling, freezing and temperature control of food products in the food manufacturing process. Supports temperature control during food transportation with indirect liquid nitrogen injection. Nitrogen preserves food with Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to create an inert atmosphere to minimise oxidation and extend shelf life, package collapse or microorganism growth. Protects liquid food from oxidation through inerting, pressure transfer and deoxygenation.
Nitrogen gas for HVAC-R & Wind Turbines
Nitrogen gas is used for purging, pressurisation, leak detection and pressure build of circuits within systems.
Nitrogen gas can also be mixed with other gases in cylinders including 5% in Hydrogen for leak testing.

Nitrogen gas for Laboratories & Research Centres
Nitrogen is used for purging, drying, blanketing of analysers or chemical reactors (under gaseous state or at low temperature liquid state). Also used as a carrier gas in gas chromatography for various industrial and hospital analyses and quality control. Also used as balance gas of the calibration gas mixtures for environmental monitoring systems.
